How Valoren handles the data you provide on this site and in the conversation with the agent.
Data collected
The email you volunteer, the conversation with the agent, any business information you choose to describe, technical telemetry, and a pseudonymised identifier derived from your IP. The IP address itself is not stored.
Purpose
To understand your request, prepare an internal estimate and allow the Valoren team to get in touch. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Conversations, audit records and leads have distinct retention periods, defined in configuration and subject to legal review before launch.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you provided, under the Brazilian LGPD.
